Additional Services

Initial Consultation

We offer an initial consultation meeting at no charge (up to 30 minutes) and can adjust the length of counseling sessions to match a rate that is feasible for you. 

 

We currently accept cash/check/credit card for all services.  Please be sure to consult with us about prices and your budget. The length of a therapy session can vary and our rates range from $50-$90 per session.

Services Offered

Clinical Services:

  • Initial Consultation: A free, one time initial meeting to get acquainted, discuss the parameters of counseling, and determine the course of care.
  • Bio/Psycho/Social evaluation and assessment: A full evaluation includes assessing social, family, drug and alcohol use, mental health, legal, education, and work history, overall functionality, current supports and client strengths, client’s motivation for change, presenting problem, and safety/ protective factors.  Evaluations are $125 per evaluation.
  • Counseling treatment: Diagnosis and treatment for mental, emotional, cognitive, and substance use disorders for adults; as well as counseling support for difficult life transitions and stressors. Counseling focuses on symptom management, interpersonal skills, and healthy self-care. 
  • Art Therapy: The use of creative expression in individual or family therapy can provide a powerful tool for releasing emotions, increasing awareness of the self, and externalizing problems which makes them easier to understand and work on.
  • Case Management: Coordination of care with other treatment providers and/or entities involved in the client’s care if approved by the client and community resource linkage.
  • Family and Couples counseling: We believe in supporting and uplifting the system that surrounds the client. Family members may be included in a variety of ways if requested by the client. Creative expression activity sessions can help family members to connect in new, unique ways. Advocacy for clients using Medicated Assisted Treatment (Suboxone, Methadone, or Vivitrol) as a tool for recovery work. Education about MAT for family members, caregivers, and other concerned members of the clients support system.
  • Court Reporting Coordination for clients on probation: Advocacy for treatment in lieu of conviction, coordination of care with probation officers, attorneys, and judges if needed and agreed upon by the client.  Drug and Alcohol Assessments provided if requested by the court, treatment recommendations, and regular summary reports provided on-going for the duration of treatment.


Clinical Supervision and Consultation Services:

  • Individual: Professional development supervision for counseling professionals working under the Ohio CSWMFT Board (LPC/LPCC) or the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. Licensure advancement guidance and training up through supervision level is available.
  • Group Supervision: Creative, strength based group supervision is available monthly. The group uses experiential based activities to explore clinical topics such as group work activities, ethical questions, clinical boundaries, treatment planning, diagnosis and assessment work, and professional development.
  • Professional Consultation: Support for other professionals working in the counseling field who seek feedback and guidance about their counseling skills separate from formal licensure training.


Education:

  • Creativity Classes: Monthly groups open to the community. Explores art expression skills with various media blended with self-reflective themes. You do not need to be a client to participate and art skills are not necessary. Focuses on releasing creative potential in a supportive learning setting.
  • Creative Community Events: Held in partnership with other community entities, we will provide art making opportunities for groups of people which will relate to specific themes around recovery.
  • Public Art shows- We hope to create partnerships with community spaces to showcase artwork that helps to raise awareness and reduce stigma about mental health and addiction issues.
