We offer both in-person and virtual visits during the week. Additionally, there are opportunities for some evening and weekend scheduling.

Directions:

From 270N at the Cleveland Avenue exit, go south on Cleveland Avenue, turn left onto Home Acre Drive, then immediately right into the Oakstone Office park. Our office is located in the 3rd building on the left. Parking is out front. There are a few steps to navigate to get into the building and we are not far from a COTA bus stop.
