How I love myself
This month we will explore the topic of self-love and self-kindness.
Use the journal questions (Self Kindness Check-in, below) to explore the ways that you show loving kindness to yourself. Create a piece of art to reflect a symbol of yourself as a self-loving being. Use words around your image to express how you care for yourself in times of stress.
Create your art ahead of time, then bring it to the group to share and process together.
