I founded Clarity Ohio with a vision to create an organization that helps people identify their own resiliency and access creative potential. I've worked with people from all walks of life with a variety of issues including anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transition stress, mood regulation issues and addiction recovery.
I have specific extensive experience in treating opioid use disorder and coordinating client care with medical professionals. I am an advocate for medication assisted treatment and treatment in lieu of conviction with cases involving legal circumstances.
I am trained to use creative expression in therapy as an additional way to help strengthen creative problem solving, divergent thinking skills, and building strengths. Together, we will work to assess, develop, and apply your natural strengths as we enhance your well-being.
The creative interventions that I use will benefit anyone, whether you think of yourself as artistic or not.
I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and Humanistic perspective, building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, empathy, and compassion. My approach utilizes evidence-based methods techniques such as CBT, CFT, mindfulness-based interventions, breath work, somatic psychotherapy, and EMDR resourcing methods. I work
